    A shitton of time and the texture would be gross in the end. I’d use an InstaPot for pull apart meat in a fraction of the time.

    I did this once to a sirloin roast, by accident. You do not want this, it was terrible.

    Eh – get an instant pot. High pressure works wonders for stuff like this.
