1. Get yourselves a can of fish in oil.

I recommend sardines or herring.

  1. Empty however much of the oil into a bowl of rice as you feel comfortable with.

  2. Add however much soy sauce you like

  3. Add some greens (I didn't have any on hand)

  4. Add some peanuts.

  5. Layer your fish on top

Boom you've got the quickest, easiest, savory dinner of your lives.
