I am new to HF, but I am surprised to see this meal. That’s one I can easily do myself. Especially since I don’t eat bacon 🙂

They are good when you get the right potatoes lol. Last time I got them they were the small golden potatoes. I just ended up using everything in different meals. Extra cheese on my enchiladas was good!
