I was so tempted to get one but I think I need the cloth coated ones like bakers use since it won’t do well with hot steels and stones.

That’s a knock off of the Super Peel that holds the patent. Go search that on Amazon and buy the OG and support an American inventor and not the companies that took the IP and crack them out on machines.
