  1. I like the side stories. I like Henry's commitment to the reenactment. I didn't know peanuts were legumes.

  2. After watching your last veggie video, I made a few recipes from plantyou and the cashew cream recipe is so good if you’re looking for a coconut milk alternative. I’m not vegan but I love the idea of using nuts to add richness instead of heavy cream, or if I’m out of heavy cream. You should also check out pick up limes bento box series on yt. Shes vegan and has a lot of plant dishes. She does use a lot of lentils though, which I don’t like either so I just sub with chickpeas.
I don’t know if you’ve tried making falafels but i really like downshiftologys falafel in the air fryer. The recipe asks for cilantro which I normally don’t like but I don’t taste it in this.

  3. lol, you and your kiwi allergy is like me and my strawberry one. if it’s a really good strawberry, it’s worth the hives 🤷🏾‍♀️

  4. Hi, this vegan is watching your channel 😉
instead of red lentils in bolognese you could try some tvp (textured vegetable protein). that stuff is very low in fat, high in protein and gives that "ground meat-y" texture

  5. ehy Maddie! actually peas are quite high in protein for a vegetable ( circa 4g of protein per serving so the internet says), I don't know your protein goals for breakfast but still, fun fact!

  6. Totally off topic but I adore your sassy hair flip. Back to the subject, I definitely think I will try this challenge after thanksgiving. Thanks for the inspiration!!!!

  7. Would be great to hear a review of how you’re feeling, if/how it’s impacted your exercise, energy levels, and/or mood!

I recently discovered Dr. Greger’s Daily dozen and I’m shocked at how alert I’ve become after eating more plants!

  8. I've been off birth control and putting work into my PCOS since June of 2022. I've lost 75lbs and am experiencing my first miscarriage 💔 it's such a strange feeling because while I'm absolutely devastated over having a miscarriage, I'm so unbelievably excited that I can say I've been pregnant. Fertility struggles are such a roller coaster.

  9. If you want an incredible filling and warming plant based recipe recommendation, I highly highly recommend vegan yack attacks golabkis(stuffed cabbage rolls) recipe! The 'mince' in the recipe works so well in bolognese or enchiladas as well. I had a week while everyone in my house was gone that I just ate a bolognese made with that 'mince' for almost every meal. It was wonderful.

  10. We just made that copycat Olive Garden soup too. Pretty good. We always make a butternut squash and apple soup in the fall too.

  11. Kiwi allergy here too! Really just an assortment of raw fruits and vegetables and some nuts lol. Kiwi is extra bad though. I absolutely need to try the peas on toast. I think I would love it!

  12. Me watching as a vegan subscriber: 🫨😡
Lol just kidding, Maddie! Love you always 🫶😂

  13. I've started doing the 30 plants challenge every week since I saw you mention it and it's so fun.
A nice new way to track healthier eating without tracking calories etc!

  14. I'm a vegan watching you ❤
And as a Mediterranean girl I feel like I'm naturally already living by this challenge:))

  15. “Breakfast, my favorite meal of the day. Just kidding. It’s tied with the other too.” Hilarious! 😂

    And honestly, same.
