My wife and I purchased this house approximately six months ago, and there’s a great little outdoor kitchen. However, one of the handles is missing from the grill. I can still turn the little knob, but it gets higher than a pistol after it’s been running for a while. So I’m trying to see if I can figure out what brand it might be and how to get a replacement.

If it helps any, there’s been quite a bit of commercial grade equipment, put into the kitchen by a prior owner who worked in the restaurant industry. Boring that, I have no idea how to get another handle for the gas adjustment.
Looks like a commercial Charbroil. Had one very similar in my restaurant years ago

Commercial char-griller. Should have lots of BTU’s.
That’s the SUMA grill. It works SUMA the time. *insert comedic drum fill*
Hey, ex pro cook here. It’s definitely a commercial unit, but many companies make ones that look just like it, red knob and all. Without some other identifying marks it might be very hard to figure out the exact model.

Looks like one that cooks food?
Gets hotter than a pistol? My boy them things don’t get that hot compared to other things.
An antique one!
Love the setup!
Wow, everybody. Thank you so much for the pointers today. A short couple hours resulted in way more information than I’ve been able to obtain in the last couple weeks. Really appreciate it.
Wondering if the extreme heat was the cause for the old one failing?
I believe it’s metal- needs cleaning for sure.
