my lunch for work the next 2 days 🙂 unfortunately I'm unsure of the exact macros as I didn't weigh anything, however I used no butter, cream, and only about 1 tbsp of oil or less for the couscous, so what you see is basically what you get!
I just got my first cast iron skillet and it's making me enjoy cooking meat a lot more, even though the cleanup is more tedious (also don't judge the mushroom soup thing, idk what I was thinking but it tastes good lmao)
