I’ve been trying to use my air fryer/toaster oven combo to make breakfasts on one pan, using tin foil liner so no dishes. So this is a jalapeño cheddar bagel with whipped cream cheese, with 24 month prosciutto broken into pieces on top. I baked that for about six minutes at 360F (the bagels are kept frozen) and then cracked a local farm egg over top with a sprinkling of cheddar. That got air-fried for about 6 minutes at 400F which resulted in a beautiful runny yolk.
