Kerala fish fry with neer dosa (thin rice flatbread) and spicy green chutney

The fish is called seer, but in English it is called narrow-barred Spanish mackerel. The recipe for the fish is from an Instagram reel. Decided to cook it despite not exactly trusting insta recipes. Was not disappointed, it turned out incredibly tasty.
