That is indeed one big burger
Good grief, it’s a family sized burger!
For the Buns,
Strong bread flour
Water
Sourdough starter
Salt
For the Patties,
Ground beef
Salt
Pepper
Toppings,
Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickles
Ketchup
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Combine flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Step 2: Shape and Bake
Divide the dough and shape into burger buns.
Place on a baking sheet and let rise again.
Bake until golden brown.
Step 3: Make the Patties
Combine ground beef with salt and pepper.
Form into patties.
Cook to your desired doneness (grill, pan-fry, etc.).
Step 4: Assemble the Burgers
Place cooked patties on the bottom buns.
Add your favorite cheese, veggies, and condiments.
