Not sure if this belongs here…my idea of volumising is adding volume naturally, focused on nutrition & taste, not just low calories. Tonight I was home late & starving with the small portion of BBQ Turkey in the fridge. I had three small potatoes left so made herbed potatoes in the air fryer & sauteed peppers, mushrooms & onion, ive put a photo of this & the nutritional values, good as a meal or side or even topped with eggs for breakfast. For my complete meal, I topped this with the BBQ Turkey & 25g of cheese, I also used a tablespoon of oil to hit my macros.
