These Brown Butter Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies are pure magic! The combination of brown butter, milk chocolate, and crunchy M&Ms makes every bite irresistible.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1½ cups brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, room temp.
2 ¼ cups flour
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini M&Ms
Flaky sea salt

Instructions:
On medium heat, brown the butter. Set aside to cool.
While the butter is cooling, combine the flour, baking soda, salt & cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the sugars & butter. Whisk together until it is smooth & combined.
Add the egg & vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is lighter in color.
Fold in the dry ingredients. Then add the chocolate chips & mini M&Ms.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop out dough balls evenly, don’t make these too small. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & bake for 14-16 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle the cookies lightly with flakey sea salt.

This is my tried and true cookie recipe. This time I used 1/2 c white chocolate chips and 1/2 c milk chocolate chips, usually I use 1 c milk chocolate chips. Delicious every time!
