For my fellow celiacs this is literally the S and B Curry blocks just cut up and stuffed in a huge bag. Just as a good as the OG.

I don’t have celiac myself but my wife does and she loves these. They thicken up very nicely too.

I’m sorry, what’s the advantage of it being flaked in a huge bag? Not disparaging, just confused.

Isn’t regular boxed S&B mix vegan as well?

I actually would like to make the argument that the bag stuff is much better in flavor and texture. Closer to the restaurants like Curry House and Coco Ichibanya. I normally buy the Dinner Curry bag from SnB and its at least like 13x better XD.

I’m celiac with a Japanese mom and we always use the S&B curry powder in the metal tin which is gluten free (just pure spices) vs the cubes which are not

Why not just buy the curry powder? Even with this you still need to add a bunch of extra stuff like onions, garlic, cumin, chili flakes/powder, etc if you want it to taste any good. So might as well just use the powder and thicken it with a corn starch slurry instead of flour.
