I was very impressed with how good this is. When it’s freshly made it’s very good. Reheated in the air fryer, the crust wasn’t very good so be aware of that. It’s pretty big, 500 for half.

    These are awesome! Just tried one the other day. I think ill stick to caulipower and miltons pizzas though, they are closer to 350-400cal for half of the pizza

    I’ve just googled, pretty any margatira pizza has similar kcals, so it’s good choice for eating pizza 👍

    [With this foccacia recipe](https://alexandracooks.com/2018/03/02/overnight-refrigerator-focaccia-best-focaccia/), I managed to make a ~720-750 cal 12″ personal Margherita per Lose it app.

    The recipe makes enough for 4 dough balls, approximately 12 inch pizza on a cast iron.

    – Follow instructions up until first proof in fridge
    – After first proof, split in 4 equal balls (~275g ea), can also be frozen and used later
    – Take ball portion and let rise for 1hr or so until double size
    – After second proof, flatten dough ball on flat oiled surface til ~12″ or pan sized
    – Preheat oven to 500
    – Heat cast iron on stove at medium
    – Once hot, add a little oil and place flattened dough
    – Add toppings: I just add 1/4 cup premade pizza sauce, 1/4 cup mozz and some basil
    – Cook on stove quickly til dough rises slightly ~2-3 mins
    – Then toss whole pan in oven for 10 mins
