    Personally I swore by scrambled eggs on toast (two eggs, two toast, 250 kcal). Having that little simple comfort start of the day is such a change.

    If you want a pro tip and willing to add a few more calories, cook up some turkey bacon nice and crispy and crumble it on top. Makes a bomb ass breakfast pizza. Really good on a crumpet or english muffin
