Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 250gm
Chick peas Boiled 1 cup
Black lentil (daal masar) 1 cup soaked
Vermicelli (saviyan) 1 cup
Carrot 1 medium chopped
Garlic chopped 2 cloves
Ginger chopped 1tbsp
Onion 1 medium chopped
Tomato puree 1 cup
Water 1 liter
Salt (namak) 1 tsp
Black pepper powder (kuti mirch powder) 1tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi) 1tsp
Chicken cube 1
Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Cut Chicken into small cubes.
Take a cooking pot pour oil add onion cook for 2min.
Now Add chopped ginger garlic cook for 1 min.
Add chicken cook until it changes color now Add Carrot, lentil and All spices mix well.
Take a pan add butter let it melt now Add tomato puree stir fry for 2 mins then add into the soup mixture.
Add 1 liter water Chicken cube, chicken peas, Vermicelli and cover it.
Cook for boil and thick.
