

Cooked a ham 170F for 24 hours
Brown sugar
Seasoned salt
Dehydrated onions
Garlic powder
Ground cinnamon
Grated nutmeg
Ground ginger
Ground cloves
Smoked paprika
Cayenne pepper rubbed before putting into the bag
Turned out very tender, might try and smoke it for 2 hours before doing another for Christmas

Im sure this is tender and delicious but it does not look appealing to eat
