Iowa Select Farms and the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation are holding Operation Christmas Meal drive-thru pork loin giveaways in area communities. Local families in need will receive a free 5-pound pork loin. On Wednesday, the giveaway was held at the Webster County Fairgrounds and the Sac County Fairgrounds.

The giveaway will continue at the following locations on Monday: Laurens, 10 to 11 a.m., United Methodist Church, 201 W. Main St., Laurens; West Bend, noon to 1 p.m., West Bend Fire Station, 201 First St. N.E., West Bend; Gilmore City, 2 to 3 p.m., behind City Hall, 304 S. Gilmore St., Gilmore City; Eagle Grove, 4 to 5 p.m., Wright County Fairgrounds, 901 S.E. First St., Eagle Grove.
