If you just saw this in the baking subreddit, no you didn’t.
I made these for an intimate friends Christmas party. Sorry I don’t have a better picture, I was already wayyyy late to the party.
I labeled no recipe because I didn’t really make it from scratch and I winged everything lol. The glaze was way too thick and was basically gelatin 🤦♀️ I added too much vanilla to my cream and it turned brown so I added more cream. Despite all my mishaps we had a great time and my dessert was absolutely delicious. Also, how cute are these Weck jars??
Layer 1: strawberry glaze recipe followed as was on the back of the packaging.
Layer 2: whipping cream with a little brown sugar and vanilla extract.
Layer 3: white box cake mix, recipe made as was on the back of the packaging.
I then continued these 3 layers until my jar was full.
If I keep going with the backstory do you think I could recreate the blog recipes? Does anyone know how to add a “skip to recipe” button?
Ps if you made it this far congratulations it was pointless and you have won nothing but wasted time.
K bye

Next time try just cooking the strawberries down in a pan with some sugar and a little bit of water and then smashing them a bit with a potato smasher. Maybe 10 minutes on medium low.
After they are done, add in about a 1/4 pint more fresh berries so you have both textures.
