Looks great but WAY too much slow motion!
I learned to eat beets steamed in the microwave. Add the greens in on top at the end. Serve with a vinaigrette (vinegar – not citrus) and eat hot or cold in a summery recipe.
Cooking times will be similar to potato. Skins can be removed at the beginning or slipped off after while the beets are warm/hot.
This was absolutely delicious. I was able to plate it exactly as you had on the video. I did have to make the labneh. It was hard to delay making this recipe, but it was well worth the wait. I actually exclaimed out loud when I first tasted the beans with the labne
Can you taste the citrus and cinnamon in the cooked beets?
This is like going to a recipe website and having to go through the author’s life story before getting the actual recipe. Glad there’s a link, I will definitely try it because it looks good
