Today I cooked up some fresh yellowtail tacos with my buddy Marceau! He owns Anchor and Rose Tattoo in Tulsa Oklahoma and is also a HUGE fishing expert. He goes yearly on a trip to California to deep sea fish and he brought back some beautiful yellowtail for us to cook up into tacos!
