Ive started a small home business!!! But i’ve got a ton of baking to do for this weekend so I was trying to stay ahead by prepping some high protein, low calorie meal prep, so im a liiiittle less overwhelmed
(only made for 3 days because I don’t love the thought of heating up salmon for more than two days)
Breakfast: Still maintaining my chicken patty, scrambled eggs, fruit, and tea combo! It slaps everyday and has sooo much protein. Keeps me full all morning.
Lunch: Usually have some high protein snack before gym, either a protein shake or greek yogurt and fruit.
Dinner: Honey, garlic Salmon with sweet potato and Brussel sprouts. Delicious and not too heavy. I had some leftover rice in the fridge and used that for day 1, but the remaining days were sans rice.
For the salmon, I just dry seasoned it with paprika, Italian spice, and salt and pepper. Fried in a pan with some oil and then once 70% cooked, took out, added garlic and some water to deglaze the pan. Added soya sauce, honey, and spices. Added salmon back in to finish cooking and then plated!
