  1. Those are some beautiful cuts and that is one beautifully cooked steak.

I’m just bought three knives today. I cook everyday and haven’t upgraded them in 15 years. I’m wrapping them from my kids so they feel like they got me a gift.

I did it more for safety, but I’ll appreciate better Reddit pics and also not crushing my food w a full blade.

How many pounds to order? I’m wanting to feed 6 adults +3 toddlers.

This is how my local place trims top sirloin and it hurts me every time I see it. At least Costco has double packs pretty much always.

That other guy should take notes, these are beautiful

  7. I’d get down on my hands and knees to eat that..

Why can’t my steaks ever end up looking like that. You’d think I was doing brain surgery when I’m cooking a steak. The anxiety I get is irrational and off the charts trying to figure out the right time to pull it off.

Just a suggest, you want to cut picanha with the grain and at an angle and thin, the flatter the better for the meat. Try it next time and let me know if you can tell how tender it is made.

Melting a little compound butter on top would take this over the top. Great cook!
