How do you decide the calories od a Dounut shop that has no calorie menu?
Went to this Donut shop that has no calorie menu count what do you think it could be? Guessing 300? The Donuts are pretty big.

I might go closer to 400 since it looks like they’re pretty generous with the frosting and they’re bigger than, say, Krispy Kreme. Looks DELICIOUS!

I usually use the nutritional info of franchise donut places like dunkin and Krispy Kreme, if the sizes are different, I add or subtract calories based on intuition basically. 300 is a good guesstimate

Most people who grab a donut don’t care about the calories but ur gonna have to estimate it if you want

unless a donut has like peanut butter filling and candy it’s usually not as high as 400. Even the chocolate frosted ones filled with basically icing at dunkin, are like 350.
be wary of cake donuts though, made differently with a cakey texture. even without frosting they will be like 30% more calories and can hit 400+

Probably weight. Most doughnuts with icing weigh about 30g which is about 200-300ish calories.
