I’ve had jellyfish. It’s chewy/crunchy. I’ve only had it in Chinese restaurants. I sometimes buy a pack from Asian grocery stores and have it for breakfast.
As sushi? Sounds weird, but I’d try it. That hair though would be a turn-off for sure.
