How to prepare Podina Chattni from scratch (Mint Sauce), the few videos already uploaded. However, here is instructions

Podina Chattni, (Mint Sauce), easy to make with Dahi (Plain Yogurt), Urdu/Hindi language.

1 bunch of Hara Podina (Fresh Mint Leaves)
Handful of Hara Dhanya (Green Fresh Cilantro)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of Zeera (White Cumin Seeds)
3 to 4 Harri Mirch (Green Chili)
1 cup of water

All the above mentioned and measurement can be more or less.

This quantity is for four different time can be used.

Ground all the ingredients and make them separately (Four different portions) three portions can be saved for later use. It can be use freezer bags or freezer containers for storage in freezer.

2nd part is to get 1 (one) cup of Dahi (Plain Yogurt).

Mix one portion of Podina mixed into yogurt and mix well and check salt if needed add salt before serving. Tasty Podina Chattni (Mint Sauce) ready to serve.
