Update on the frozen pork tenderloin(s)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up marinating it with soy sauce, olive oil and some seasoning, then roasting it in the oven. Turned out great (don't be fooled by the photo).

Will try a Hawaiian/pineapple marinade next time!
