Not like it makes a ton of difference, but I drained out some liquid from my tuna and now it’s 20 grams less? The ingredients doesn’t have water listed, so I assume the nutrition facts include whatever I drained?

If the nutrition facts included the water in the weight, pretty much the only thing that drained off with the water is sodium (and there’s not even any added salt listed on the package, so not much of that). I’d track calories, protein, fat, etc. as if you’d eaten the full 85g portion.

It just drained off the water from the meat so the Cals remain the same
