What are the drumsticks made out of?

There’s a couple of tables and chairs inside, but not much. Honestly I hope they do more to spruce up the decor. But they’ve only been open for like 2 weeks so far. So maybe they’re still just getting started?
The food is great though. I’m genuinely excited to have another vegan option in my area. There’s so few.
The guy working there said that the “drummies” we’re made of soy. They looked a lot like some recipes I’ve seen online where you wrap tofu skin around wooden stick. Which seemed like a really cool idea when I was first seeing the recipe. But then it threw me off a bit when I was biting into a drumstick and hit something bone-like lol.
