    pickling ingredients: vegan fish sauce, lime juice, sweetener, rice vinegar, shallot, fresh garlic

    lemongrass sauce ingredients: lime juice, soy sauce, sliced lemongrass, sriracha, vegan fish sauce, sweetener, shallot, fresh ginger, water. I left out the anise and cinnamon stick, just my preference.
