I follow a Vegan instagram person from Tucson. She did a trip to Mexico City and I was blown away. FYI, the immigrant vegan food scene in Tucson is fantastic.

Wow, every dish looks wonderful!!! I love all the gorgeous colors and textures. I’m in SoCal so not super far away! I’m making a mental note of Mexico City for whenever we’re able to afford our next vacation 😃
