Ingredients you’ll need:

– 90g Self Rising Flour
– 40g Whey Protein Powder
– 40g Casein Protein Powder
– 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
– Pinch of Salt

– 28g (2 Tbs) Light Butter
– 30g Erythritol
– 1/2 Tbs Molasses
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 2 Egg Whites
– 60g Greek Yogurt
– 120g (1/2 Cup) Apple Sauce
– 60g (1/4 Cup) Water
– 200g Blueberries

Topping:
– 25g Blueberries
– 5g (1 Packet) Turbinado Sugar

Bake @ 350°F for 25 minutes.

  1. CAN this be made with egg whites instead of dairy? trying to avoid dairy, its a highly inflammable food, gives me issues…anyone?

  2. There's no such thing as light butter. Butter is a whole (aka real food) ingredient. "Light butter" is margarine. Yes, it's lower calories. It's also full of absolute garbage and tastes like shit. Make your choices.
    Butter is life.

  3. Stopped watching when flour was added! Need to bring in almond flour instead! Traditional flour is no good for you!

  4. How do you get oil and water to stay bonded, as in the light butter?
    In nature oil and water do not mix!

    I did OMAD – 60% fat and lost 39 lbs / 18 kgs.
    Eating high fat does not mean fat gain.

Also, the "light butter" is about a molecule away from being plastic, your body does NOT know what to do with palm oil, and will not be able to keep up with the destruction of the intestinal lining. We're not slow, and by the way I'm unsunscribing for that, we just refuse to eat pretend-food and call it being healthy. Farthest thing from it.

  6. I’ve been a cook/baker all my life. Now that I’m in my 60s it shows. lol. Nice to find someone who can show me how to make things taste good but with good macros. Being a baker/cook I’ve done some improvising but kept the main focus on macros and flavor. I’ve made these with chocolate protein powder, some cocoa. Made twelve regular size muffins so I can have two or three. Tricks the mind. Lol

  8. Dude, you forgot to add the lite maple syrup to your recipe in the drop down box. I made these without blueberries as I didn't have any. Instead I used chocolate protein powder and some cocoa powder. Doubled the baking powder and needed a little more water to get the right consistency. It was really yum. Way to go Rahul! I ate one for breakfast spread with creamed cottage cheese. Makes a nice change from eggs. I could only get 8 decent size muffins from this batter. Probably because I didn't use blueberries. Hopefully it stays soft for tomorrow breakfast. Thanks Rahul!

  9. I'd rather take the extra calories from the butter for better flavour, all butter substitutes are horrible in comparison. Some things are not worth the flavour compromise.

  10. The reason we opp on light butter is because the amount of seed oils in it, increasing risk of heart disease, best bet is grass fed.
