Breakfast: paratha with roasted potatoes, mushrooms, onion, cheese. 2 eggs. 2 sausage links & avocado yogurt sauce. Passion fruit bourbon cocktail (I find it hard to order new cocktails at restaurants because I have no idea what the calorie count will be).

Lunch – Japanese Oden from a friend. I used the calorie count from an Oden set with the same ingredients. If you don't know. Oden is a bunch of fish cakes, tofu, marinated egg, konnjac noodles & daikon. Very low calorie soup.

Dinner: Taco salad.

No snacks today because I had the massive(calorie wise) cocktail.
