La Perle – got dragged away before being allowed to buy any
Saw this great La Perle selection in Carlsplatz Market in Dusseldorf. Unfortunately my partner dragged me away before I was able to buy anything, the Sardines with Orange looked really interesting

These are really good, they are “Millésimes” sardines which means that the best sardines of each year are out in these nice tins designed by an artist.
They are made to be aged, like wine, and I believe that they are the best after between 7 to 10 years
I have 2 dozens of these that I keep for later
