I just had the orange dijon sauce pork filet recently so this one after was very disappointing.

I think it was the rosemary and ginger that made the sauce unappealing to me. Those are two very strong flavors that were competing together and no one was a winner. The texture/consistency of the sauce was good but I just wasn’t a fan.

I’m really liking the pork filets compared to the pork chops, I don’t think I could go back to just having pork chops, lol. The filets are so much more tender.

The meal also came with green beans which I’m not a fan of, I was going to roast some carrots since the filets cook in the oven but I got distracted so of course my meal felt even more incomplete.

Also, I ran out of the vegetable concentrate packets (I buy from Amazon, the same that HF sends) that I like to add to the mashed potatoes. The concentrate gives it such a deeper flavor and reduces the amount salt/butter that I need to add. I highly suggest buying some and adding them to your mashed potatoes.
