I’ve had the mac and cheese version, I thought it was pretty solid!

I think if you’re on a budget and trying to diet, it would be cheaper and lower in calories to make your own pasta.

Also the portion size of this ends up very tiny when cookied, FYI. It’s not that much food for the calories.

  4. I’ve been eating the marinara one for yearssss but ngl I gotta add a little parm or mozzarella to it. Eat it with a little cheese and a simple light Italian salad, you’ve got a big meal for not a ton of calories. Like you could eat the whole bag plus an Italian salad for dinner and it will only be like 500 calories. (I am someone who eats twice a day so this works for me) Super easy, cheap, filling, and decently good

Add spinach and grilled chicken or even steak

I add a 5oz can of tuna and frozen peas to this to make it a more filling meal. I like it!

I like them! The rotini marinara one used to be in heavy rotation for me, but they changed it recently and I don’t like the new flavor as much. It’s not bad but it’s a stronger tomato flavor, so some people might be into that but I wasn’t.

Honestly they’re not really particularly low in calories if that’s your primary goal, but I like them as an easy lunch and that I can tell myself I’m eating vegetables because I definitely don’t eat enough of them lol

Fiber gourmet is better. Just my opinion! They have an awesome Mac and cheese on the website, but all of the pastas are 10/10.

High carbs, high sodium, processed “food”. You’ll be hungry shortly after eating those 400 calories. Hard pass.
