    This is the meal that got me through university, that and baked potatoes.

    I still eat baked potatoes …. chicken noodles… yeah nah

    Maru Chan beef flavor. Add some fresh green onions to it and it’s pretty decent. I’ve experimented with adding corn, carrots and peas to it as well, but nothing beats the authentic stuff.

    I like the “Kick” from the Samyang Buldak spicy ramen. I add sweet peas and a soft-boiled egg to the bowl. My go to comforting bowl.

    Start with Shin Spicy Ramen. BUT do this:

    -Spoon of Better than Bouillon Chicken stock paste (quite fantastic)
    -25% (or more!) of the Shin Spicy packet. quite excellent
    -The whole veg packet.
    -Gochujang paste for extra depth and spice.
    -Crack in an egg for the last 3 minutes

    I do this all the time now. Am I a monster?
