Muhammara Recipe (Roasted Red Pepper Dip)
Ingredients:
3-4 red bell peppers
4-5 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, panko, or stale bread
100 grams of walnuts
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of hot red pepper (or to taste)
1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:
Roast the red bell peppers in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until softened and slightly charred.
Place the roasted peppers in a sealed bag for 10-15 minutes to make peeling easier.
Peel the peppers and remove the seeds.
Add the peeled peppers to a food processor.
Add garlic, breadcrumbs (or panko/stale bread), walnuts, salt, hot red pepper, tomato paste, and olive oil.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Transfer the Muhammara to a serving plate.
Smooth the top with a spoon.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with walnuts.
Enjoy your Muhammara!
