I wanted to bring them inside, but all our indoor plants get destroyed by my children and my dogs, so it wasn’t worth possibly ruining the fruit I yielded by trying to ripen everything up.

    The green ones may still ripen for you in a bag. The red ones can be sauce or dried in a dehydrator.

    Dehydrate and grind up for pepper flakes.

    Would be a lovely fermented sauce and probably only take up one mason jar
