we used a recipe from the korean vegan (not the one from the book but online) and my partner just fried up some tofu slices to replace the fish cakes. very tasty meal

    Love this!! I make this regularly with a homemade ramen and the tteok from Trader Joe’s with hearts of palm fish cakes I make. Every time the doorbell rings I think it’s the people to give me my Michelin star 🤭
