I recently watched an American Test Kitchen video on meal prepping by cooking batches of food by reusing the same sheet pan or pot. I tried it out, works well if you're aiming to minimize cookware to wash.

I kept the seasonings simple so I can tweak the flavor of each meal more specifically later.

1st batch, 3 lbs gold potatos, tossed in salt, pepper, garlic powder, oil at 400 degrees at 40 minutes.

2nd batch 2 lbs of carrots tossed in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oil at 400 degrees at 40 minutes.

3rd batch 4.5 lbs of chicken breast all tossed in salt, pepper, garlic powder and oil. Individual breasts seasoned with lemon pepper, Old Bay, paprika, and turmeric. I set the oven to 400 degrees and and cooked for 40 minutes turning halfway, but I noticed the the thermometer detected the actual heat had reached 450 degrees so they came out a little dry. The breasts were really thick, next time I will cut them into thinner pieces and get a meat thermometer so I don't overcook.
