Started a brisket this morning about 5:30am on my Weber Kettle Grill. Did a S&P rub from Socks Love BBQ in GA. Little olive oil as binder. Grill hovered around 250-275 all morning. Wrapped at 175. Rested about 3 hours. Total cook time was around 10 hours.

Probably cut the point wrong but was so excited just ripped thru it.

  1. Not sure if y’all were serving at all and eating it all in 1 sitting, but if not only cut what you’re eating with that portion. Leave the rest intact
