    i think so. but why wouldn’t you let them ripen outside?

    You can put them in a box (not air tight) in a warm place with a banana or two.

    Ripening is a process stimulated by ethylene, which acts as a hormone. Ripening bananas release ethylene and this will help the tomatoes to start the process, then produce their own ethylene too.

    Seethe bulge in the stem right here? Once that is there the growth in size is complete and you can remove it from the vine.
