They seem to be similar in width, why is one 14 and the other 7?

    Some bucatini has a hollow center, which makes it cook much faster. Could be that the 14 minute one doesn’t?

    We get the brand on the right from world market. It is so good.

  5. I find that the cooking times on almost every pasta are ridiculously low compared to what I actually do on the stove top. It’s almost like the pasta manufacturers have never bothered to prepare their own product. In my experience if it says 10 minutes it’s going to take closer to 20. And it’ll still have some tooth to it.
