Turkey meatballs and broccoli to finish out my in office days for the year.

Set oven to 325F. Chop broccoli and toss with olive oil and salt. Mix all of the meatball ingredients and form into balls. Cook broccoli and meatballs for 20-25 mins. Mix all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer 8-10 mins until it thickens.
For the meatballs:
2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the sauce:
1/4 cup Sriracha
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
