Got a Traeger Pro 780 as an early Christmas gift and smoked my first rack of ribs yesterday. Have been using a BGE for years and love having a lower maintenance option. Excited to try out brisket on it next! Any other recommendations?

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

I just smoked a spiral sliced ham the other day and it was phenomenal my wife was raving about it. It’s super cheap right now as well. I really like doing chili as well. My brisket chili is always a hit. Save your left over brisket pieces.

Looks amazing. I’ve been meaning to try ribs but haven’t gotten to it.

If you can find them Tri Tip is one of my favorites on the Traeger. Meatloaf also is great for these cold months

Were those originally spare ribs but you cut them to make them more St. Louis style? If so they look well trimmed.
