The wife wanted steak for her birthday. I ordered 3 1.5 inch American wagyu ribeyes from snake river farms. I also threw in a beautiful tri tip from my local butcher. Dry brind for 24 hours. Smoked with hickory at 220 for roughly 90min then seared them. Also included som scallops. What do y'all think? Served 8 people and still has left overs.
