    Mind telling me how you do it? I’m usually on a strict budget so I never have the money to buy everyone gifts so I compensate by making food to add to the festivities. This year I was thinking about making prime rib but I never cooked one before. I have a fair idea from online recipes on how to do it but not entirely, and how do I go about reheating it as to not dry it up?

    Looks like the crust isn’t quite seared on enough and is just falling off. Other than that the middle looks nice. A big of a range of doneness as well which makes serving easy. Although that might just be the shadow
