225f for about five hours. spritzing with ACV every hour until i hit 205f.

I do my ribs at 275 for 2.5-3 hours. They get to 203-205 and have a nice bite.

Hey we got the same exact method except I use apple juice boxes. Mine come out looking identical to the pic.
I think you get moister ribs on the smaller end with the wrap method, but otherwise can’t really tell a difference. Not worth it for the extra effort.
