total plant noob here but used to growing mushrooms though. are this pepper seedlings gonna recover? i had a 75w amazon grow light on them, yesterday and today saw that my light had probably been too high. i just took off the humidity dome today and i lowered the light (pictured is the height i lowered it to). should i start introducing a fan into the grow tent to help strengthen these leggy seedlings?

Not powerful enough light, a few of the shorter ones mine workout but most likely will be lanky/weak plants
